Version 1.0 — Effective March 23, 2026
Glidr is a ski and snowboard navigation application developed and operated by NV-IT, a company registered in Belgium. Glidr provides turn-by-turn voice-guided navigation on ski pistes, lift status information, day planning tools, and social features for skiers and snowboarders.
By creating an account or using Glidr, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Glidr. If you are under 16, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of Glidr and these Terms.
You may browse ski area maps without an account. To start navigation, you must sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Glidr offers navigation features that require a paid weekly pass purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. This includes unlimited routes and the Ski Day Planner.
Payments are processed by the respective app store. Refund policies are governed by Google Play or Apple App Store terms. Passes are prepaid, non-recurring, and expire 7 days after purchase.
You agree not to:
Glidr is a navigation aid, not a safety device. Route suggestions may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for current conditions. Piste status, difficulty ratings, and lift availability may not reflect real-time changes.
Always follow official slope markers, signage, and instructions from ski patrol. Do not rely solely on this app for navigation decisions. Ski and snowboard responsibly and within your ability level.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NV-IT and its developers accept no liability for accidents, injuries, property damage, or any other damages arising from the use of Glidr. You assume all risks associated with skiing and snowboarding.
Glidr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Glidr app, its design, code, and branding are the property of NV-IT. Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License (ODbL). Lift and piste status data is provided by third-party sources and may be subject to their own terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. NV-IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, you will be asked to re-accept the updated Terms upon next sign-in. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
